What You’ll Do

• Bake a variety of fresh breads, pastries, and other items to perfection.
• Maintain consistency and high-quality standards and follow recipes accurately.
• Prepare doughs, bun goods and fillings with precision. You must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with the highest food safety and establishment standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order timeously.
• Collaborate with an energetic, food-loving team to deliver products on time.
• As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly while delivering high-quality products to our customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in baking (professional with strong background in food production and preparation with a keen eye for detail).
• Ability to work overnight shifts (approximately 9 PM – 5 AM/10 PM - 6 AM 4 nights per week).
• Strong attention to detail and love for the craft ensuring that our high standards of quality and safety are met.
• Reliability, self-motivation, excellent time management and own transport.
• A passion for providing fresh, high-quality baked goods to our community!

Pay: Starting at £12.21 on probation thereafter to be renegotiated.
