Job Title: Bakery Shift Supervisor/Manager (Night)
Location: Derbyshire
Job Type: Full-time (Night shifts: approx. 9 PM – 5 AM, 5 days per week) Monday through to Friday nights.
Salary: £28,000–£33,000 per year depending on experience + night shift premium

We’re a growing family-run artisan bakery in Derbyshire producing sourdough and yeasted bread for two shops, markets, wholesale, and our café. As we move to a flatter team structure, we’re looking for an experienced baker to lead our night shift and ensure consistency, quality, and team coordination.

As Night Baker Supervisor, you’ll:

• Lead the night shift team (currently 2–3 bakers) in daily production
• Manage the full baking process from mixing to bake-off
• Maintain top standards of cleanliness, timing, and product quality
• Communicate with our day team
• Ensure all products are ready for dispatch
• Help develop a supportive culture
