Using a holistic approach, our team supports clients on their path to self-love, self-acceptance, and self-awareness. Night Behavioral Health Technicians support the transformation process by providing the highest level of physical and emotional safety to our clients during the overnight shift.   Responsibilities: * Remaining awake and alert throughout the shift * Participating in shift exchange to receive nightly updates from outgoing clinical technician team * Ensuring the security and safety of campus, facilities, and residents * Participating in outgoing shift exchange with morning clinical technician team to update on any issues from overnight * Ensuring that alarm is set and functioning * Perform security checks of the home * Monitoring all areas of the facility including doorway alarms, window alarms, bathrooms, common areas, etc. * Developing a positive rapport with residents and staff * Regularly attending trainings as required * Carrying out necessary protocol for level watches throughout the night * Completing house cleaning chores * Cleaning staff bathroom, sweeping house, wiping surfaces, etc. * Performing administrative duties related to printing, filing, auditing, and documentation as instructed by supervisor * Ensuring the security and inventory of medications * Providing emergency crisis intervention to our clients if needed throughout the night   Education & Experience: * Minimum HS diploma (or equivalent) * Personal and/or professional experience with 12 Step Recovery, Substance Abuse Treatment, Mental Health Treatment and/or Wilderness Therapy   Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in social work or related mental health field preferred * Strong communication and de-escalation skills preferred * Personal or professional recovery experience preferred * Experience with managing groups in a residential or wilderness setting preferred * Wilderness First Responder or higher medical certification preferred   Benefits: * Medical Coverage – Three new BCBSAL medical plans with better rates, improved co-pays, and enhanced prescription benefits. * Expanded Coverage – Options for domestic partners and a wider network of in-network providers. * Mental Health Support – Improved access to services and a new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) featuring digital wellness tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) modules and wellness coaching. * Voluntary Coverages – Pet insurance, home and auto insurance, family legal services, and more. * Student Loan Repayment – Available for nurses and therapists. * Retirement Benefits – 401(k) plan through Voya to help employees plan for the future. * Generous PTO – A robust paid time off policy to support work-life balance. * Voluntary Benefits for Part-Time Employees – Dental, vision, life, accident insurance, and telehealth options for those working 20 hours or more per week.
