• £14.00 per hour
• 3 staff per shift for 26 residents
• Time and half bank holiday
• Double pay festive period

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in a care home setting. The role involves supporting residents with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Experience:

• Care home: 1 year (required

• Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Support individuals with mobility needs and transfers
• Follow and update care plans as required
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Help maintain a clean and safe living environment within the care home
