We are looking to welcome a new member to our Team providing care and support in our small care home for 11 individuals living with Dementia.
The right person would be caring, reliable and compassionate; promoting independence and delivering person centred care in a homely environment. Qualities such as a passion for learning about the types of Dementia, behaviours and communication, as well as self-development, are more desirable to use than previous care experience.
You would be required to obtain the necessary diploma (unless you already possess it) in order to register with Social Care Wales. We would offer full support and mentoring in this.
Our philosophy is that with the right care and consideration people can live well and thrive in their autumn years.
22- 33 hour contract available over 7 nights per week, on a rota basis.
