At Burdon Grange, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our physically disabled young residents. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistants to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and are looking for a rewarding career in care.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Ability to work night shifts (8pm - 8am or 7pm - 7am) and twilight shifts if required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

• Provide personal care to residents during night shifts, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Assist residents in getting ready for bed and provide regular monitoring throughout the night.
• Offer support with personal care needs during the night and early morning.
• Work collaboratively with a team of four carers and a nurse under the direction of the Night Nurse-in-Charge.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents’ conditions.
