ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team at Newgate Lodge Care Home. Due to the residents’ needs, this position needs to be filled by a female. If you have a passion for caring and want to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, we’d love to hear from you! No experience? No problem – we provide full training and support to help you develop in your role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and mealtimes
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Work as part of a team to create a warm and caring environment
  • Follow care plans and ensure residents’ dignity, choice, and independence
  • Ensure compliance with CQC and Local Authority guidelines
