Duties:
- Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents ensuring residents are safe overnight
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using IT systems for documentation purposes
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of care home regulations and procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
