Bethany House Care Home is a residential care home in the Lipson areas of Plymouth. As a night care assistant your duties will include assisting residents with their individual needs ensuring a high level of care is maintained at all times, this will include personal care needs, emotional support and assisting with any needs. You will be working with another member of the team to support our residents throughout the night. Some laundry duties and light cleaning maybe be expected.

About you:

• No formal qualifications required although Care Certificate or NVQ 2/3 (or equivalent) is beneficial
• A good level of English
• A warm & friendly personality
• A good communicator
• Able to use initiative
• Able to work in a team as well as on your own at times
• Reliable

This is a full-time role for 36.00/per week / 3nights
