We are currently seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to support a high level of personal, physical and emotional care including all aspects of personal care, assistance at mealtimes and with medication administration and day-to-day activities and companionship.
We provide online and in-house training and also support and encourage further training.
Skills, knowledge and qualifications required:
· Level 2 NVQ in Adult Care
· Medication trained
· Experience in home care or care home environments
· Basic IT skills for record-keeping and documentation
· Excellent command of the English language for clear communication
· Compassionate and dedicated approach to providing care
· Excellent listening and interpersonal skills in order to lead and support our care assistants as well as senior management.
