WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Previous experience working within a care/nursing home or with dementia clients
Level 2 Health and Social care is desirable
Responsibilities:
The role of a Care Assistant at Select is to provide high quality personal care, support our Residents needs and provide person-centred care. You need to be kind, compassionate and want to make a difference to our Residents lives, after all, you are in their home. We pride ourselves on training, and you will receive training from your first day of work.
