With 312 bedrooms and 17 meeting rooms (including the Shaw Theatre), we’re more than just a Bar and Restaurant. Now, we need someone to bring their culinary skills to our night operation! Working Hours: 9:30pm-6.00am Location: NW1 2AJ Employment Type: Full-time Permanent What You’ll Be Doing: Take full ownership of the kitchen during night shifts Prepare and deliver high quality food for room service, breakfast setup, staff meals, and mis en place replenishment Work closely with the Head Chef and communicate effectively with other departments Organise your tasks to adapt to varying guest volumes We’re Looking for Someone Who: Has previous experience as a Night Chef or Chef de Partie Is passionate about producing top quality food Self-motivated and reliable when working solo Additional Information Benefits High level of monthly service charge Two complimentary weekend stays - benefit from a free one or two day stay in another Accor property in the UK, each year Pension Scheme Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor Hotels worldwide Free meals on duty Free access to hotel Gym £100 welcome bonus paid through payroll Up to 33 days of annual leave per annum Salary: £17.12 per hour (£34,719 per annum) + monthly service charge The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK
