I’m responsible for high standard of cleaning and to help maintain the equipment. This will be carried out between the hours of 11pm to 7am.

• I closedown and clean all equipment in line with our safety and compliance standards.
• I set up and prepare the restaurant for the following day.
• I handle deep cleaning to Nando’s high standards
• I follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measure
