Eventide Lincoln is currently hiring for a Part-Time Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) for a Night shift 10p-6a (8 Hours) This position has an every other weekend and holiday rotation. Ideal Candidate: * 18 years of age or older * High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. * 6 months experience as an aide or caregiver preferred. * Active CNA license in the state of NE required Essential Job Duties: * Provides assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation and continence. * Assists with Senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees. * Follows department protocol for submission of completed documentation. * Prioritizes assignments, making adjustments throughout shift to meet frequently changing/ overlapping Senior/client/caregiver/TEAMember/manager needs, call lights, when necessary. * Performs work duties within the assigned work environment related to the position, as assigned by Eventide, regardless of TEAMember preference. * Follows through on the comprehensive care plan/service plan as developed for each individual senior/client. * Complies with HIPAA regulations regarding privacy by insuring that Protected Health Information (PHI) is safeguarded at all times. Compensation: At Eventide, we value our employees and offer a competitive starting pay range of $18.00-$20.16 per hour for CNA's based on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials are also available, for select positions, paid on employment status and shift worked.
