ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Night Concierge to join our team at Chelsea Bridge Wharf. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact overnight, ensuring residents and visitors feel welcome, while maintaining the security and smooth running of the development.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Welcome and assist residents, guests, and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV and carry out security patrols.
• Handle calls, emails, deliveries, and post.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, or emergencies.
• Keep logs updated and escalate issues where needed.
• Ensure communal areas are safe, clean, and well-presented.
