ROLE: NIGHT CONCIERGE OFFICER

Location: Margate
Pay Rate: £12.36 per hour
Shift Pattern: Full-time (2 on, 1 off)
Shift Times: 20:00 – 06:00

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lone Working in a supported housing project for adults experiencing homelessness.
• Ensuring safety and security of residents, visitors, and the building.
• Responding to queries and managing access control effectively.
• Handling emergencies and liaising with emergency services as needed.
• Conducting regular health and safety checks within the building and designated drive area.
• Carrying out welfare checks to ensure resident well-being.
• Reporting safeguarding concerns and missing residents to relevant authorities.
• Maintaining accurate records of incidents and providing clear handovers to day staff.
