We are looking to recruit an experienced full time Night Concierge based at a prestigious residential development in the heart of London, SW1.
The development consists of 199 high specification apartments set around a central courtyard with other resident amenities including a gym and workhub.
The apartments are privately owned and the building offers a high level of service to its residents. The main entrance lobby contains a reception desk manned 24-hour a day 365 days a year by an experienced team of concierge staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the highest levels of customer care and service and remaining courteous at all times.
• Managing any complaints in an effective manner.
• Maintaining the security of the building including the use of CCTV, being vigilant to any unusual activity in and around the building, including regular walk abouts to check floor to floor, gym area, fire doors, risks on stairs and re-lamping.
• Taking the correct action should there be an emergency and advising the necessary authorities.
• Responsibility and safekeeping of any incoming mail or parcels and delivering to the residents as required.
• Greeting the residents when they enter or leave the building.
• Handling incoming telephone calls and emails.
• Receiving guests and visitors to the building and directing them accordingly.
• Assisting the residents and their guests when requested.

You will be working in a small friendly team so it is important that you not only have excellent customer service skills but you are also a good team player.

Personal Requirements:

• Experience in a customer service facing role
• Friendly, Courteous and Proactive.
• Good administration skills.
• Good Team Player
• Smart Appearance (Uniform supplied)
• Some flexibility to cover staff sickness or holidays if required.
• Punctual, ready to start your shifts on time.
• The right to legally reside and work in the UK without any restrictions or limitations.
• Good level of English Ability both written and spoken and good numeracy skills.
• No Criminal Convictions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
