Description Category: Salary, Exempt Location: Pendleton, Oregon Night Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 9pm-7am, and Thursday 11pm-9am (may vary based on client and residential program needs) Salary: $45,150 per year ($3,762.50 per month) Job Overview: Horizon Project provides essential support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group residential homes and supported living settings. As a Night Coordinator, you’ll help create a safe & positive environment, support daily activities, manage medications, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. You’ll also supervise and train Direct Support Staff, assist with scheduling, and provide hands-on assistance to foster independence and well-being for our clients. This is an in-person position. Examples of Key Responsibilities: Ensure client well-being by maintaining a clean, safe living environment and assisting with daily activities. Support clients with personal care, bathing, meal prep, cleaning, and medications. Supervise and train staff, manage schedules, and ensure adequate staffing. Oversee medical and financial record-keeping and monitor medication administration. Actively communicate with clients, families, and team members, upholding respect and dignity in all interactions.
