As a member of our Management Team, you will:
Lead our Overnight Grocery Team in replenishing products on the sales floor.
Monitor & manage performance & productivity.
With the help of our Company’s CORE Values, develop & maintain an engaged group of colleagues.
Ensure proper rotation of products.
Ensure responsibilities around temperature controls are being met.
Receive in-bound warehouse orders.
Hire & train new colleagues.
Help in delivering an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
