SCHEDULE:

• Day Nurse: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (school hours)
• Night Nurse: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (home overnight care)
  We are seeking two skilled and compassionate nurses to join our care team and support a young child with a tracheostomy and J-tube in both home and school settings. This is a meaningful opportunity for nurses with pediatric experience to provide one-on-one care in a supportive, family-centered environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current registration as an RN or RPN in Ontario (or applicable province)
• Previous tracheostomy care experience (required)
• Current proof of tracheostomy training (required)
• J-tube management experience (required)
• Pediatric care experience (required)
• Current CPR certification
• Valid police background check
• Proof of professional liability insurance
• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills

Day Nurse (8 AM – 4 PM, School Setting): not flexible

• Provide trach care and suctioning during school hours
• Monitor overall health and safety throughout the school day
• Collaborate with school staff and family for consistent care
• Document updates and communicate with the care team
