Responsibilities

As a Night Duty Manager, you will have overall responsibility for all hotel operations during the night. You will be responsible for the end of day reconciliation, night auditing, reporting, and for the safety and security of all guests and colleagues on duty. You will be working closely with the Front Office Manager and Rooms Division Manager to achieve departmental targets, recruit and train the Night Team, and deputise for the Hotel General Manager while dealing and with any external stakeholders.
You will be the hotel’s Fire Marshall, Duty Manager, and main point of contact for all situations that arise while you are on duty.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced hotelier, with Front Office experience at Supervisory or Night Auditor level looking to further their career.
You will have experience in dealing with complaints, emergency situations and ideally with some accounting and reporting duties. Organization, communication, accountability, and leadership skills are essential in this role. If this sounds like you, then look no further! Apply now!
