Responsibilities

As Duty Manager you will be required to carry out a range of tasks including:

  • Acting as host and being the first point of contact for guests and visitors. Dealing with their requirements and requests throughout their stay.
  • Ensuring that service delivery in all areas of the hotel meets with guest expectations and is true to our company values.
  • Supervising, training and motivating front office staff.
  • Liaising with the Housekeeper, hotel management, contractors and hotel department heads.
  • Ensure the health, safety and security of guests, visitors and staff at all times.
  • To assist the Hotel Manager in all areas of hotel administration.
