JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to oversee the hotel’s operations during the night shift. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel, managing the night team, and delivering exceptional guest service in line with IHG standards. This role is key in ensuring the security, safety, and comfort of our guests while managing overnight procedures, including financial reconciliations and operational duties.

GUEST EXPERIENCE & SERVICE

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain IHG brand standards in customer service and guest interactions.
  • Monitor guest feedback and take proactive measures to enhance the overnight experience.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Previous experience as a Night Manager, Duty Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations, night audits, and financial procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations and make quick, effective decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team.
  • Knowledge of Opera property management systems.
  • Familiarity with IHG brand standards is an advantage.
