DUTY MANAGER - NIGHTS

As part of the management team at The Oxwich Bay Hotel the role is to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and team. The business needs to be ready to open at 7.30am every day.
Schedule: 10:30pm till 7:30am
Must drive as limited public transport.
No onsite staff accommodation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Strong background in guest services and human resources
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team management
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hospitality operations and standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: £16.50 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that customer service is at the heart of everything that you do.
  • Co-ordinate the entire night operation around the guests needs.
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Answer any Telephone calls and resolve enquires.
  • Ensure that thorough walks of the property are conducted every 3 hours and any issues or disturbances are logged and dealt with in a professional manner.
  • Ensure thorough business handovers take place and are documented using specified form.
  • Deal with any complaints that arise in a polite and professional manner always finding an appropriate resolution.
  • To ensure all areas of the business are securely locked at the appropriate time.

  • Collaborate with Weddings Co-ordinator to ensure efficient running of Wedding/Event.
  • To set up breakfast buffet and tables as the standard identified.
