About us: We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Night Duty Manager to help keep our store running smoothly in the evenings. In this role, you’ll make sure our team stays on track, our customers are well looked after, and the store is in great shape for the next day. This is a full-time position working 4 days on, 3 days off, and includes one weekend shift. The role finishes after the store closes, so being comfortable with later hours is essential.Key Responsibilities: • Lead, support, and guide our afternoon and night teams• Oversee evening operations to ensure great service and a smooth workflow• Maintain high standards of presentation so the store is set up and ready for a great start the next day• Uphold all health, safety, and food safety requirements• Handle any incidents or issues that arise during the shift• Ensure all nightly tasks and procedures are completed accurately and on timeWhat we're looking for: • Previous experience as a Night Duty Manager or in a similar leadership role• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build a positive, motivated team culture• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities• Confidence in managing challenges and making sound decisions• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling when required• Comfortable working evenings and late finishes• LCQ qualification preferredWhy join us?
