As a Night Guest Experience Agent, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shifts will be 10:30pm – 7am (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Night Guest Experience Agent candidate, you will ideally have worked in a hospitality/hotel environment and demonstrate a desire to learn and develop. You must have strong administrative skills, be an excellent communicator, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
