• Our Night Porters are responsible for being the welcoming face of One Aldwych, always going the extra mile to assist our guests with requests and their luggage
• You will also be responsible for the careful valet parking of guest cars traversing the busy thoroughfare of Covent Garden/ Aldwych
• You will deliver messages and packages for guests and undertake any other requests to ensure their comfort
• You will transport departing guests’ luggage from the room to the lobby, then into a car or taxi
• You will deliver overnight all guests newspapers and carry out guest shoeshine if and when required
