About The Role | Te mahi We’re looking for friendly, motivated Night Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. This is a guest-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact, managing check-ins and check-outs while creating memorable experiences every day. This full-time permanent role (minimum 30 hours per week) is based at Sudima Auckland City and the hourly rate is $28 per hour Responsibilities | Ngā Haepapa Deliver a smooth and welcoming reception experience, including guest check-ins and check-outs Keep the Night Duty Manager informed of guest feedback and any operational issues Provide consistently high levels of customer service Complete required training to support your role and development Maintain strong knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and hotel services Maximise room occupancy by upselling rooms, promotions, and hotel facilities (including restaurant and bar) Process payments accurately, following hotel credit and cash handling procedures Follow all hotel policies, including security, fire, and health & safety requirements Use front office systems and equipment in line with company procedures Uphold company service standards at all times Support other departments when needed Assist with guest porterage and valet requests as required Assist with preparing and delivering of overnight room service orders.
