Description

Our overnight health care aides monitor two buildings throughout the night for emergency purposes for our senior residents. We are looking for a health care aide who is able to work Thursday-Sunday or Saturday-Wednesday nights from 10:30PM to 7:00AM as soon as possible.

Duties include:

  • Building rounds every hour
  • Administering first aid
  • Assisting residents to use the washroom
  • Checking vitals, temperature and blood pressure as required
  • Providing simple wellness checks
  • Escorting residents to their suites
  • Calling emergency services or contacts as needed
  • Answering the building phones
  • Updating a communication log

Health care aide certification and background checks are required. Prior experience is recommended.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
