Manage the hotel’s night operations, ensuring seamless transitions, accurate reporting, and readiness for the next business day Maintain guest and property safety by overseeing night-time security protocols, incident management, and compliance with legal standards Deliver exceptional service throughout the night, resolving guest needs promptly and upholding Accor’s commitment to hospitality excellence Leads and supports the Front Office team, coordinating across departments to ensure consistent service delivery during overnight shifts Qualifications You will be: Backed by a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Night Audit within the hotel industry — confident in leading overnight operations with precision Passionate about hospitality — previous industry experience is preferred, but a strong service mindset is key Holding (or willing to obtain) Fire Warden or First Aid certification — safety and preparedness are part of your professional toolkit Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Opera, and hotel reservation systems — with a strong grasp of operational technology and daily reporting tools Additional Information Learn your Way - Access to our Accor Academy so you can Earn while you Learn!
