Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead nightly audits: balance revenue, process accounts, complete system backups, and prepare financial and occupancy reports. Oversee overnight hotel operations, ensuring guest safety, security, and compliance with fire and liquor laws. Supervise and support the Front Office team, manage rosters, and step in for other departments during the night shift. Ensure accuracy in reservations, guest accounts, and financial transactions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. Communicate updates clearly to staff, maintain office systems/equipment, and uphold hotel policies and procedures. Provide outstanding guest service, resolving requests efficiently and performing reception duties when needed. Qualifications Qualifications: Previous experience of the night audit function for hospitality, preferably in hotels. Strong knowledge of Front Office systems, such as Opera Cloud. Ability to provide flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. Proven ability to be detail orientated, highly organised and be able to manage conflicting priorities. Strong ability to lead a diverse team and encourage high performance. Willingness to obtain or have a valid RSA and First Aid Certificate.
