Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Night Manager (Full-Time) to join our team and lead our night operations. As the Night Manager, you will ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations during the overnight shift, delivering a seamless guest experience and ensuring the safety and security of our guests and team. Responsibilities: Oversee the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments function effectively Manage guest relations and handle any questions or issues that arise during the night shift Provide exceptional service and efficiency in check-ins, check-outs, and guest queries Conduct night audits, ensuring financial transactions and reports are accurate Lead and manage the night team, and provide opportunities for learning and development Ensure the safety and security of all hotel guests and staff by conducting regular property checks Work with other departments to ensure guests’ needs are met, including delivery of in-room dining Manage emergency situations, which may involve medical issues, fire alarms, or security concerns Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulations Qualifications Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment Strong leadership and team management skills Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, and basic accounting skills for night audits) Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays (shifts generally 11pm to 7am) A professional and approachable manner, with the ability to stay calm under pressure Current First Aid and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willing to obtain You must have full working rights in Australia including rights to work full time hours Additional Information Benefits and Perks Accommodation and food & beverage discounts in Accor hotels worldwide Extensive employee benefits & special rates with our partnership brands Pathways for career advancement and personal development within Accor, with our digital and face to face learning offerings Complimentary dry-cleaning services and discounted employee meals Opportunities to join Community and Social Responsibility activities with Accor Employee Recognition Programs including a complimentary hotel stay on each anniversary Employee Assistance Program available to all employees and family members We are an inclusive business and our ambition is to attract, recruit, retain and promote diverse talent.
