Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to join our team at our prestigious hotel in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the Night Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during night-time hours, providing exceptional service to our guests and leading the night shift team. Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations during the night shift Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property Supervise and support the Front Office team and other departments as required Manage guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally Implement and maintain strict procedures for cash handling, accounting, and banking Monitor room availability and manage overbooking situations sensitively Conduct night audit procedures and prepare daily reports Supervise night lobby services, including car parking, portering, room service, and public area cleaning Resolve disputes and ensure total guest satisfaction Collaborate with other departments to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness Train and mentor night shift staff to uphold the hotel's standards and procedures Respond to emergencies and make critical decisions when necessary Qualifications Proven experience as a Night Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills Proficiency in hotel management software, particularly Opera Cloud Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel Valid and current First Aid and CPR certification Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational abilities Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays Professional appearance and demeanour, representing our premium brand Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and procedures Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is advantageous Additional Information What awaits you...
