Adept Care Homes provide high quality residential and dementia care in our family-run, midlands-based care homes. You will be joining the team at Bowood Court & Mews Care Home a lovely, 59 bed residential home in Enfield, Redditch offering affordable and high-quality care.
As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for managing the night shift operations, ensuring the well-being, safety and comfort of our residents. You will lead a team of dedicated care staff, providing guidance, support, and expertise to maintain the highest quality of care throughout the night.
You will be given a thorough induction into your role, while receiving both online and face to face training during this time and throughout your career at Adept Care. Our dedicated Training Manager and Dementia Manager are happy to arrange or support with any additional training you feel you may need to ensure you are supported in reaching your full potential while fulfilling your career ambitions.

Responsibilities
  • Pay of £35,185.00 Per Annum
  • 40 hours a week
  • Supervise and support care staff during the night shift, ensuring adherence to care plans and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Oversee the delivery of personalized care to residents with dementia, demonstrating empathy and understanding in challenging situations.
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess residents’ needs, respond to emergencies, and ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, reports, and updating resident records accurately.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations and continuity of care between shifts.
