About the role Leading the way with your passion for hospitality and customer service you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching the team of Front Office Night Team. You will also manage the shift, ensuring check-in, check-out and related services are provided to guests with exceptional service. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Your daily duties will include: Lead the Night team, ensuring that brand standards are upheld and guest expectations are consistently exceeded during overnight hours. Promptly handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring they are addressed to the highest standard. Manage any over night management issues or emergencies, documenting and resolving them as needed. Address Maintenance and Housekeeping concerns that arise after business hours, ensuring swift resolution. Conduct quality checks on Reservations and manage inventory during the night shift. Perform night audit duties, including reconciliations, balancing, and verifying the accuracy of daily financial transactions and reports. Ensure the Night team maintains a professional demeanor and is informed of VIP guest movements, hotel events, and local attractions. What are we looking for?
