YOUR ROLE

As our Night Manager, you will be the key contact during evening and night operations. You ensure that everything runs smoothly – from setting the right mood with our technical setup to delivering an unforgettable guest experience. You’ll coordinate staff, oversee event flow, and be the link between management, artists, and guests.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee night-time operations across our venues: Prince Charles, Coco Boule, and Atelier Rooftop
• Ensure smooth execution of club nights, concerts, and corporate events
• Supervise and support staff on duty (bar, door, security, tech)
• Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
• Manage and troubleshoot basic DJ, sound, and lighting equipment
• Act as the main point of contact for artists, clients, and partners on site
• Report to senior management on nightly operations and improvements
