HELP US TO SHINE! • You lead the team and, as Team Lead, address all concerns of your team members • You work closely with Front of House Management and conscientiously implement JW Marriott standards • At night, you are the first point of contact for our guests and are available to address all concerns—in person and by phone • You enjoy training new employees or trainees • Checking in and out our domestic and international guests is more of a passion than a job for you • You independently handle all billing in our PMS (Opera) • You verify payment guarantees (C/I) and ensure accurate billing (C/O) • You collect the daily takings from all F&B outlets and perform the daily closing and nightly run • You review credit card statements and manage sales • You advise our guests on the location, amenities, and full range of services offered by our hotel • From time to time, you will make restaurant reservations or similar arrangements for our guests • You will conduct regular security patrols, monitor entrances and exits, and ensure that all emergency exits are clear and accessible • You will maintain close collaboration with all departments to ensure a unique hotel experience • You value our guests’ praise and feedback, as you play an essential role in achieving our satisfaction goals • You will manage bookings and prepare reports and statistics SHOW US YOUR TALENTS! • Completed hotel management training and/or a degree in hotel or tourism management • Solid experience in the front office • Initial leadership experience • Warm, authentic, and outgoing personality • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English; any additional languages are a welcome bonus • Knowledge of Opera is a plus, but not required Would you like to help shape these exciting opportunities?
