Description The Millennium Gloucester Hotel is looking for a dynamic and energetic Night Manager, who has passion for delivering impeccable experiences across all areas of the house during the late hours, serving a mix of residents, members, and guests. The Night Manager needs a strong background in a hotel night-time front-of-house role, with a passion for creating memorable moments, attention to detail, and personalised guest service. Night Manager will be responsible for : Managing the Front of House Operations during the Night shift, including, but not limited to ensuring staffing levels are adequate within all Departments to fulfil all departmental duties required such as – Room Service, Concierge, Kitchen, Switchboard, Security, Shift Engineer and the Bar. Supporting the Night Auditors and Reception ensuring the maintenance of high standards at the Reception Desk. To assist with the traffic management within the lobby minimising disturbances To organise and control the administration and operation of book-outs when require Ensuring sufficient stocks and supplies are available to properly perform required nightly procedures To ensure that the highest level of service is provided to all guests and clients of the hotel by Front Office staff to maximize guest satisfaction. To be fully conversant with all legislation in respect of hotel sales, practical employment law, payment of services, registration of guests, security procedures and data protection and ensure they are complied with at all times.
