OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to oversee operations during the night shift at our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. As the Night Manager, you will ensure that all hotel functions run smoothly, maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential.
  • Strong background in guest services with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures is an advantage including rezlynx.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
