Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Night Manager to oversee the smooth and safe operation of our hotel during night hours. You will take full responsibility for the hotel from 10:30pm to 7:00am, managing a small team and ensuring exceptional service across both the front desk and the bar.
This is a key role for someone who takes pride in ownership, thrives in a dynamic environment, and enjoys leading by example.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the night team to ensure high standards across all areas.
  • Manage the front desk operations including late check-ins, early departures, and guest queries.
  • Oversee the bar area, ensuring it remains tidy, safe, and welcoming for guests during late hours.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the hotel overnight, conducting regular checks and reporting incidents as needed.
  • Carry out end-of-day financial procedures including cash handling and audit reports.
  • Support housekeeping or maintenance issues where necessary, escalating as appropriate.
  • Maintain a calm and reassuring presence to handle emergencies, noise complaints, or guest concerns.
  • Prepare handovers for the morning team to ensure smooth transitions.
