Description

As the Night Manager, you are responsible for the overall operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. You will oversee all aspects of guest service, manage a team of night receptionists and auditors, and ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Representative: Represent the hotel brand professionally and positively to all guests and staff.

  • Problem-solving Skills: Ability to effectively identify and resolve guest issues and operational challenges.
  • Organizational & Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Supervisory Experience: Prior experience supervising a team of employees.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using hotel property management systems (PMS) and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of Hotel Operations: In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security procedures.
