• To provide a warm, welcoming and friendly environment
• Management of guest arrivals and departures
• Cashiering duties
• To provide guests with information and assistance as required
• Reservations handling
• Telephone handling
• Luggage assistance
• Reconciliation of payments, revenue streamsclosing of business date, and the completion of all other Night Audit procedures
• Team Training,
• All other duties as directed from the Front of House Manage
