The Night Manager is responsible for the smooth co-ordination and supervision of the entire Front Office area, including Front Desk, Telephones and Concierge. The Night Manager makes business decisions for the unit, taking into account the Hotel’s philosophies, policies, standards and procedures and is responsible for both the day to day running and longer term strategic development of the Department.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordination of all aspects of the departments operation
  • Exceeding guest expectations in accordance with the Sheraton standards and procedures.
