We are looking for a Night Manager to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.
Reports to: Front Office Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of previous work experience in the same senior position at 5-star luxury hotels
  • Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in a third language is preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS or others, and proficiency with the Microsoft suite
  • Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
  • Ability to manage night operations effectively

Responsibilities
  • Handle all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, escorting, cashier operations, guest care) in accordance with Belmond policies, procedures, and compliance with our code of conduct.
  • Perform daily closure, cashier checks for all hotel venues, accounting reports, posting control, and provide data to statistics and local government institutions.
  • Assist with all guest requests.
  • Handle emergencies according to procedures.
  • Manage and support 2 team members.
  • Ensure smooth night operations and maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
