JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Night Manager to oversee operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the establishment, and maintain high standards of service. This role requires a strong leader who can handle various challenges that arise during night hours while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a managerial role within hospitality or a related field is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to the industry is advantageous.

• Manage all night operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Dealing with reservations and assisting guests with their check in/out
• Manage reservation enquiries and walk in guests
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise promptly and professionally.
• Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests and staff throughout the night.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to maintain cleanliness and operational standards.
• Prepare reports on nightly activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery during night hours.
