JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance and loss prevention, utilizing various security systems and protocols to maintain a secure environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention techniques is highly desirable.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail are essential for identifying potential security risks.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and collaboration with team members.

• Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to detect and respond to suspicious activities or incidents.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security compliance.
• Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a visible presence to deter potential threats.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
• Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in daily reports for review by management.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for loss prevention and risk management.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees while maintaining security protocols.
