You will work closely with our Nursing Assistants and Medication Assistant team. As a non-profit 501(c)(3), Kline Galland employees are eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. Offering relief on student loans! We also are currently providing a 12-hour shifts (Long Term Care) - 7pm to 7:30 am Night shift NOC $5000 signing bonus. WE OFFER AN ADDITIONAL $3.00/hour for working Nights! (signing bonus is prorated if hired Part time) Shifts available: NIGHTSHIFT--- Full time If you join us your key responsibilities will be: To act as a charge nurse on one of our long-term care units. We also have memory care and transitional care. To serve as a resource to our NAC's by effectively supervising and removing any potential barriers for them to provide the highest level of care possible Complete initial and on-going assessment and provide outstanding care to our senior population in coordination with care plan Monitor resident behaviors, update care plan if necessary and provide documentation of all behaviors and interventions Work with interdisciplinary team to optimize resident function and quality of care Be an active member of an outstanding team! Qualifications If you join us you will also need: Current RN license in Washington State At least one year of Nursing Experience Current CPR training and card Compassionate, kind and positive approach to care Ability to work well with others and contribute to an overall atmosphere of team spirit
