As our Night Nurse, you’ll lead the way in delivering safe, person-centred care during the quiet hours. You’ll oversee clinical needs, administer medications, respond swiftly to changes in health, and manage emergencies with calm professionalism.
From leading handovers to coaching the care team, crafting tailored care plans, and offering a listening ear, your presence will bring reassurance and confidence to both residents and colleagues.
