Our care home is situated in the charming setting of Pinkhill, providing excellent Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 83 residents. Purpose-built and thoughtfully designed, our home is a place where residents feel secure, supported, and valued — day and night.
We are now looking for a dedicated and compassionate Night Nurse to join our team. If you are a Registered Nurse with a genuine commitment to high-quality care and are ready to make a real difference to residents’ lives, we would love to hear from you.
ABOUT US
Our care home is part of Care Concern Group, a family-owned, market leading care provider with over 100 homes across the United Kingdom. We are committed to delivering outstanding care in specialist settings and creating supportive workplaces where our teams can grow and flourish.
Our five core values — Trust, Respect, Passion, Kindness, Inclusivity — define everything we do. If you share these values and want to bring your skills to a home where you will be supported, appreciated, and truly make a difference, we would love to hear from you
As a Night Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of our residents throughout the night. You will take clinical responsibility for the home during your shift, leading the care team with confidence and compassion. Your night will involve delivering person-centred care, monitoring residents’ health, administering medications, and responding promptly and effectively to any changes or emergencies. You will support residents with their evening and overnight routines, helping them to feel secure and reassured. Working closely with colleagues, you will ensure accurate documentation, maintain clear communication, and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice at all times. Your calm, caring presence will make a meaningful difference to residents and contribute to a peaceful, supportive night-time environment.
