Job Title: Night Nurse (RGN / RMN) – Nursing Home
Location: Penzance, TR18
Salary: £21.00 per hour + Paid Breaks
Hours: Full-Time – Night Shifts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Previous experience in a care home or nursing home setting preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical assessment skills
• Compassionate and professional approach to elderly care

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a committed and caring Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our team at a well-established nursing home in Penzance. This is a full-time night shift position offering excellent pay and paid breaks in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to elderly residents overnight
• Administer medication safely and maintain accurate records
• Monitor residents’ health and respond to changing needs
• Supervise care assistants and provide clinical guidance
• Ensure compliance with care standards and NMC regulations
